Green Mountain Resort Koh Yao

Herzlicher Empfang, wir haben zur Begrüßung eine frische Kokosnuss direkt von einer Palme auf dem Gelände bekommen. Freundliches Personal, allerdings spricht nur der Besitzer gut Englisch. Per WhatsApp ist der Besitzer gut und schnell zu erreichen. Geräumiger Bungalow mit genügend Ablageflächen und kostenlosen Snacks und Wasser. Es war sauber. Abgelegener Standort der Unterkunft in der Mitte der Insel und dadurch abends und nachts bis auf Naturgeräusche ruhig, sodass man gut auf der Veranda sitzen kann. Man mietet am besten einen Roller, um Restaurants, Supermarkt und Strände zu erreichen. Das kann man direkt in der Unterkunft tun für 250 THB pro Tag. Am Tag unserer Abreise wurden wir für 300 THB zum Pier gebracht.

Wir hatten leider zwei Mal eine Kakerlake im Zimmer. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer hat getropft.

Personel niesamowicie sympatyczny i miły. Zauważyli że moja dziewczyna miała ranę po oparzeniu o wydech skutera zanim byliśmy u lekarza opatrzyli ranę i pomogli nawet nie zdążyliśmy poprosić o pomoc. W 100% mogę polecić i na pewno odwiedzę ten resort jeszcze raz będąc na wakacjach w Tajlandii.

Comfy bed. Staff member Ha was friendly and they organised a scooter and taxis for me. It's nice to hear the frogs after the rain.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but this is the least favourite place I have stayed at in Thailand. Strange, soul-less feeling. It's not really close to much- if going again I would have stayed either towards the north or south of the island. If you're expecting breakfast after reading other reviews, they are not doing breakfasts at the moment due to staff shortage - that was disappointing. Rooms are modern, clean but lots of ants. Expensive.

Peaceful and relaxing surroundings, good AC, good WIFI, friendly host

Everything was good. You do need a scooter to get about as the property is away from restaurants etc. this makes it nice and quiet to relax though.

Beautiful Bungalow, with view to the Mountain. Perfect to relax. Perfect location to travel around the Island. Very clean, and if you wish they will clean every day. We appreciated it very much that we had also small towels for the face. At the others resorts we only had one towel. The host family is very, very nice and helpful. Many thanks

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and supported us in every way. He not only arranged a scooter for us but also one with a sidecar, exactly in the quality we wanted. Later, he even drove us to the pier. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious, individually customized breakfast that was not only tasty but also very reasonably priced. The entire property is lovingly maintained by the owner, his wife, and an employee. Everything was spotless and in top condition. The houses, built in 2019, are well-designed – modern, comfortable, and excellently maintained. A special highlight was the fish pond behind the property. My son and I were allowed to fish there for free, and afterward, I was even able to use the owner's kitchen to fry the fish fresh – a fantastic experience! Overall, we were completely satisfied – both with the host and the entire accommodation. If you’re looking for a warm atmosphere, excellent service, and a beautiful place to stay, this is the perfect spot! We will definitely be back.

Excellent hosts , happy to help with anything we needed . Very communicative from the moment we booked . Bungalows were spotlessly clean . Breakfast was really good too ! Really peaceful . Best nights sleep I had in weeks
