"Good room for price"

Have stayed at this older motel before, and it continues to be clean & mostly well-maintained, with most amenities of more expensive hotels. Good value. Good: Large room & bathroom. Adequate surfaces to put bags/personal items. Comfortable bed. Clean/white linens. Large vanity area outside of bathroom with magnifying mirror. Large refrigerator with freezer. Iron/ironing board. Everything worked ok. (Did not use Wi Fi). Neutral: breakfast is limited to cereal/pastries. No shampoo/lotion supplied, only soap. No bathtub/only shower. Small parking lot. Not so good: Paint needs retouching. Smoke detector was disconnected. Upholstered chairs looked slightly dirty. Cleaning fluid odor on entry (eventually dissipated).
