Rodeway Inn Elko Downtown Area

The breakfast was simple but satisfying. For the price the room was well worth the stay. Very nice people at check-in.

All was quite good.

While the cost, on-site owner, and bed were completely acceptable, my room was in need of repair and updating. There is no elevator, as the building only has two stories, but carrying a heavy suitcase up the stairs was somewhat difficult. The breakfast is sparse—cereal and fruit—but the fact that anything is offered is surprising for a motel room at its price point.

When you pull up, the tight parking lot and old layout might give you a second thought, but the interior was nicely updated and the 2 Queen room we had was quite roomy. So the in-room experience was quite good. The breakfast? Very minimal, but the $s you save staying here can be put to use getting more than a couple cereals, a prepackaged danish and some coffee elsewhere.

Very dated, but what I would expect in Downtown Elko.

Convince - one night on our trip to Yellowstone.

Would be willing to pay a little more for some upgrades.

The place is better than I expected. The room looks clean.
