Everything was perfect

Todo estaba súper bien

Muy agradable el alojamiento y el personal, ubicado cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. Sin dudas volvería alojarme ahí.

El trato excepcional, siempre pendientes. La ubicación súper buena.

La habitación que nos tocó estaba como bastante “vieja” y en ese aspecto no fue lo que esperábamos pero en general para una noche de sobra.

The cleaning ladies are nice and do a good job. It’s in a safe location. Wifi works most of the time and there is good waterpressure in the shower.

Lots of different noices inside and outside. The most annoying one is the phone in the hallway that beeps about every single minute day and night. The host knows and has no intention of fixing it. The towels provided only half dry. There is also no hair dryer so I had to go out with wet hair. I was looking forward to the bathtub, but it turned out to be a mini-bathtub without a plug. There is no practical power socket near the desk. The shower tempature is not consistent. The bed gave me back pain. I was baffled by the communication about the check-in proces. The first message suggested there was only someone available between 18:00 and 20:00. Which was not the case. After that I recieved several other messages with unneccesary info and reminders about the check-in time. The messages I sent about my expected arrival time went unanswered. She only responded once I sent the message that I was there. Turns out the host had no intention to be there at the time I sent her, but didn’t communicate this to me. She didn’t tell me how long it would take for her to get there (10 to 15 min) but she did sent me several questions even tho she was on her way to see me. She didn’t tell me or show me the terrace, I discovered it in the reviews, because I didn’t get why this place was so highly rated. She must really hate the check-in times or this job.

We booked to be close to San José hospital. It was five minute drive away, 7 euros in a taxi. Taxi's outside of he hotel
