It had everything! It was also very carefully decorated and the attention to detail was wonderful.

Excellent location , tucked away but minutes from the centre and sea. Very comfortable & has everything you need including tea / coffee , milk & an excellent bonus of cake and a bottle of cava. to welcome the guests . Secound visit to Silverdale Mews - excellent as always - well done Emma

A very well equipped, clean and freshly decorated holiday home in the heart of Eastbourne, very convenient for the seafront, with on-site parking.

There is very little view from the property, but this is no criticism, and was quite clear from the property description.

Near to sea front or the town access to buses and trains. On site parking

No game den area

Great location and an excellently appointed mews cottage - with covered parking and just minutes walking from everything. Emma provided comely comestibles and fresh flowers on our arrival.

It was all very good.

The location is perfect, close to the seafront area but not exposed, close to the Meads Village area, it is very quiet yet very central and also close to the Beachy Head area. It couldn't be better placed.

Everything is so user friendly, appliances, showers etc. There were lots of nice and very practical touches such as bits and pieces like tea, milk, coffee, biscuits, toilet rolls, cleaning tablets, which are important but you don't always want to have buy a whole box of tea bags for 3 days!😄 Also, the property is decorated and furnished very sympathetically so it's a real home from home.
