Pretty bad hotel, the service and the rooms are in ruins, AC not working

Amazing service very clean

Fiesta Inn Culiacan is very clean and the staff is great. The location is perfect for shopping and convenient. Located next door to a shopping mall where you could find a Mc Donalds and a Burger king. Also, it is across the street from La Ley supermarket. The pool area is open late.

I always stay there i like to go walk to the park nd the mll

i coming at 1pm and they said is not ready until 300pm, i went back at 300pm and they said is not ready, i wait for over 50 min and the room was not ready,

Stayed for 10 nights and it was a pleasant stay. The hotel offers a pool, a restaurant, a gym and a professional staff that are there 24/7. The beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious but the hotel can use a little upgrade. The hotel is also steps away from one of the best malls in the city that has great shopping, great dinning, a movie theatre and atm's. Taxi's are also parked infront of the hotel for easy access to get around the city. Over all I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The lobby was dusty the bar and restaurant were all together and looked more like a school cafeteria. Also, bar didn’t have much liquors and had mostly cheap brands, it was a a disappointing lobby area.
