Location was excellent, a short stroll from the old town walls. It was walking distance to the local bus station and the main bus station, the ferry terminal for going to Brac Island and Trogir. The studio was compact, modern, spotlessly clean, had a balcony & much needed air-con. It was a peaceful setting even though it was so close to the centre & Riva. There was a supermarket beside the building for essentials. It was a 5 minute walk to a bigger Spar & a 2 minute walk to a bakery. Host was a good communicator before and after our 4 night stay.

Das Apartment war wirklich perfekt - wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können es absolut empfehlen! Es hat eine sehr gute Größe, super Ausstattung, war absolut sauber und komfortabel. Der Balkon und die Klimaanlage sind sehr vorteilhaft. Die Lage war fantastisch! Man braucht nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum bekannten Hafen und in die wundervolle Altstadt, in der man tolle Gassen mit Restaurants, Bars, Cafes, Shoppingläden und Eisläden findet. Direkt um die Ecke hat man zudem Bushaltestellen, ein ,,luggage storage“ um das Gepäck ggf. aufzubewahren, einen Supermarkt und auch Nachtclubs - wir können diese Unterkunft daher besonders für junge Leute empfehlen. Für Rückfragen steht der host Anja über WhatsApp zur Verfügung und ist jederzeit erreichbar, hat tolle Empfehlungen und ist unglaublich nett! Danke für alles! :-)

Location was good as it was on a walkable distance to the Old Town, pubs, bars, restaurant and holiday activities.

There is no parking available at the premises; however, I was aware of this before arriving. The nearby parking areas where I parked my car charge €1 per hour, with fees applicable between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Sat till 2 pm and Sunday free. Finding a parking space close by is not always easy. If you are planning to stay locally and explore the area, you probably won't need a car. However, if you intend to travel around and prefer the convenience of driving, having a car may be useful, but you should be prepared for potential parking difficulties.

Perfect location, plenty of space and good amenities included. The communication between me and the owner was also really easy and responsive which I really appreciated as a solo traveller. Check in was straightforward and she sent lots of great recommendations. Really good place for exploring as right in the centre of the old town with access to everything pretty much on foot. Couldn’t fault it.

Nothing I didn’t like - would have made use of a toaster for breakfast but unfortunately there wasn’t one. Other than that, it has everything!

Sauberkeit und Lage

It was a very lovely stay. Anita took good care of us and answered every question. The location was central but quiet.

We had 4 great nights in Split. A short walk from TP Line ferry at the port. The newly renovated accommodations were clean and comfortable. Small kitchen, table and chairs, comfy bed with 2 nightstands and plugins, which we appreciated. And location was great. Just a minute walk into old town. We did a walking tour, walked to the look out, and walked to the beaches. Lots of great restaurants nearby- our favourite was just behind at Pizzeria Gust. 10 minute walk to bus terminal to catch 2 euro bus to Trogir.

As mentioned before, the entrance lobby to the apartment is in need of a good cleaning and refresh, no fault of owners. We had also wished there was a coffee/nespresso machine for morning coffees instead of just a kettle.

Das Apartment ist modern und allgemein sehr gemütlich gestaltet. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr schön und es ist ruhig und perfekt gelegen. Man geht über die Straße und ist praktisch im Stadtzentrum. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt vor der Haustür.

Uns fällt nichts ernsthaftes ein. Allenfalls, dass der Dunstabzug in der Küche nicht funktioniert, aber wenn einem nur das einfällt, dann zeugt das davon, dass alles toll war.
