和室が綺麗で、快適だった。

道路に面していて、車の走行音が気になった。駐車場が離れていた。敷き布団が薄く、身体が痛かった。 ペット同伴だったが、和室にペットが入れず、リビンクに置き去りとなってしまう為、ソファーで寝ざるを得なかった。

"Almost like a home away from home"

Location near public transport and amazing scenery just outside your doorstep. Apartment were a bit chilly during the nights but I loved burying myself beneath the soft blankets. Comfortable beds, good sofa and working kitchen.

メールの連絡が細かすぎる。スリッパを清潔感のあるものにしてほしい。イスのシートがすぐ外れる。 電話での問合せ先がなく不便

Great location, cleanliness.

Heating system was not good enough for winter. The door was not easy to open when we checked in. It made us wait a long time in the freezing weather.
