the people at the front desk were lovely and helpful and went above and beyond to make the customers feel like family. It was very clean. The bed was super soft and comfy. Everything was very clean.

"Inspite of the on going renovation, there’s no chaos, our room is clean, and the breakfast room is likewise clean."

It smells new since I just underwent renovation and beddings smells nice

After checking out, the hotel does not offer luggage storage , requiring us to find alternative ways to store them while waiting for our pickup.
