The staff were very friendly. The facilities were fairly clean. The rooms were updated since we last stayed.

We have stayed there multiple times before it became Spark By Hilton. I had higher standards for it even being a budget friendly stay. We did not have a coffee maker in the room. The new carpets had water strains, the beds were very hard, the pillows were down so they offered very little support, and the wasn't an actual sitting area in the rooms like there was prior. I feel like the renovations were a small downgrade.
