"Excellent"

218 is nice with great view. Only complaint was main bed too hard and pillows too hard. Management quick to respond but couldn’t fix family room tv - but we were out and about do more of an annoyance. Front desk super friendly and responsive. Pool is one of the best and all maintained well. Can’t beat the location with bus stop at Monteneros, food is close and lift a block.

Our stay was amazing. Every thing was perfect. The place was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Only they need to put ceiling fans in bedrooms, other than that five star rating.

This is a wonderful place to stay! It is very convenient to a lift and to shopping and eating. A gem that is worth the stay as well as another stay - Staff of the organization is really excellent!

We enjoyed the location in Lionshead Village. The children loved the pool, popcorn and hit chocolate. Staff was great except for fixing an outlet which knocked it out! Everyone very nice We would stay there again!
