Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war es eher ruhig, was ich als angenehm empfunden habe.

Was mir nicht gefallen hat: Obwohl wir All-inclusive gebucht hatten, hatten beide Restaurants die gleiche Speisekarte. Ich würde daher empfehlen, lieber nur mit Frühstück oder Halbpension zu buchen – das ist günstiger und bietet mehr Auswahl. Außerdem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass normale Gäste besser behandelt wurden. Es fühlte sich teilweise so an, als hätten wir im Voraus nichts bezahlt. Rauchen ist im gesamten Hotel verboten und nur in einem einzigen Bereich erlaubt. Das wurde uns weder beim Check-in noch im Vorfeld mitgeteilt, zudem gibt es kaum entsprechende Hinweisschilder. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel sehr alt, besonders im Vergleich zu anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels auf Koh Samui. Für mich entspricht es definitiv keinem 5-Sterne-Standard – insgesamt sehr schwach.

L’accueil était très chaleureux La piscine magnifique juste à coté de la plage privée Nous avions des transats par l’établissement avec des essuies. On a eu le transfert par la réception pour la plage avec une petite voiturette de golf La salle de gym est petite mais très bien Check out à midi

La Terasse de la chambre. Nous étions de suite à côté de la réception Et il y avait des drôle de bruit tout la nuit 🤷🏻‍♀️ Les route dans l’hôtel trop Vallonné
