beautiful Mt.Fuji B

Great location. Walking distance to 7-11, Lawson & Lake Kawaguchi. Was lucky to have a clearly visible view of Mt Fuji on our 1st day…other days seemed to be cloudy. Apartment was clean and complete with all the amenities.

Staircase were v steep and there was no mirror in the rooms and toilet on the 1st floor. That’s the only issue

Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained house, perfect for a short stay. The layout worked well for our family: the living area and kitchen were upstairs, while the bedrooms were downstairs. The kitchen was equipped with all the basic appliances and utensils needed for a 1–2 night stay. Easy parking directly next to the house with no issues finding a space. Communication with the host was smooth, and responses were always quick and helpful. A nice bonus for families with young children was the selection of toys available in the house. The terrace looked fantastic. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to use it, but we can imagine it would be a great place to relax on a sunny day. We were also told that Mount Fuji can be seen from the terrace, although we were unlucky with the weather and did not get a chance

We did not experience any major issues during our stay. The only disappointment was the weather, which prevented us from enjoying the terrace and seeing Mount Fuji, but of course this was beyond the host's control.

寝具・キッチン・お風呂は清潔で気持ち良く 2階のテラスからは運が良ければ綺麗な富士山をのぞめます。洗濯機(洗剤もあります)と乾燥機駐車場も広いので入れやすいです。スーパーや富士急ハイランドは徒歩圏内なのも便利です。急な自転車の使用の際も対応が丁寧で早いのも助かりました。

白っぽいフローリングでゴミや髪の毛が目立つのに清掃用具は何もありません。ハンドソープの泡立ちが悪く洗った気がしません。シャワーの水圧が弱く身体を洗うのに時間がかかります。キッチンペーパーやお皿を拭くためのタオルはありません。バスタオルやフェイスタオルの用意が1日分しかないので自分で洗濯するしかありません。洗面所に手を拭くためのタオルもありません。ドルチェグストのコーヒーも1日分しかなく残念でした。

Easy to locate, great location, facing mt fuji (eventho its a cloudy day), near to kawafujiko station.

Communication only via booking.com, it would be better if we are able to connect with our host thru whatsapp to get faster response.

I think the location is nice for taking photos of Fuji. I could take some nice photos early in the morning and in the evening, despite the clouds. It was clean, superspacious, with a proper washing machine and dryer. I wish we had stayed longer. Good shops are nearby. I think that the location is perfect for those having a car.

The only item I didn't like are the cables, which impeded taking good pics directly from the balcony. That is the only limitation.

Great place to stay for 6-7 pax with 3 room and 2 toilet and 1 bathroom! Really can see the Mt. Fuji from the house at second floor
