The location is very convenient to get to town areas for food and groceries. Owner/staff is very friendly and answered to our queries promptly. This place has awesome view of Mt. Fuji at the balcony area too. It is a clean and spacious apartment. Good stay indeed!

The climbing of stairs up and down when you need to shower can be quite hectic for elderly people or someone with poor knees condition. Other than this all good.

Отличный вариант для большой компании. Хорошее месторасположение, недалеко от станции, парковка на несколько машин. Отдаленно от других жилых домов (кроме соседнего этой же компании). В доме есть все необходимое. Фудзи видна, но это больше приятный бонус во время утреннего кофе на балконе, чем для фото в соцсетях. Хозяин оперативно выходит на связь.

Были тут на Новый год, в одной из комнат пришлось включать обогрев на полную мощность, чтобы в комнате было тепло, но одеяла очень хорошие, ночью без обогрева никто не замерз. Ванна по японским меркам большая, но напор воды в душе несильный.

There are plenty of rooms for the number of guests, the location is close to the city center, and there is private parking lot.

The stairs of the house are quite narrow and steep. The common areas of the house, the bathroom, and also the shower rooms are located on top, but there is another one toilet room downstairs. The shower rooms might be a bit limited for the occupancy of many guests, so you have to allow time for the shower queue. In Bedroom there are no place to hanging any clothes we have lay down on the floor
