Location and easy to access.

I have booked rooms through booking.com and selected payment options as pay at sight. Strangely, I got multiple emails and phone calls to make a payment to confirm the booking. I am not sure it is genuine, and everything seems to be automated, even the customer support. Which is so annoying. I really don't recommend this hotel or treebo residencies, perticuqlly due to their annoying communication.
