The staff were welcoming and patient. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very welcoming and there was space for our suitcases. The location was terrific - easy to get to and from the train station, and we were able to walk to many attractions and services. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel for a few hours after checking out and before leaving Fukuoka. We had a great breakfast in the cafe.

The bathroom was very small. More space/hooks for drying towels would have been welcome. Walking through the cafe/lounge to between the main entrance and reception was awkward when we arrived as the cafe was very busy.
