Worst hotel ever. I spent almost $900 and hotel is worst. I will never recommand to anyone.the door of the washroom was broken and my wife was stucked inside for half an hour. Thank god that i was there. If someone staying alone and stuck inside how they can call for help?

The breakfast, food service team, and housekeepers were great. Staff overall were friendly. Proximity to the airport and shuttle service convenient.

My wife had surgery and we were room-bound for 4 days, we chose this hotel specifically to be comfortable in the room/hotel for 3-4 full days, as we could do nothing around town as she recovered. We were very disappointed. The pool and hot tub were out of service for renovations, not mentioned when we booked. The kitchen included in the room had a stove, fridge, sink, coffeemaker... But other than two bowls, knives, spoons, forks, a pot and a pan, there was nothing else. No cutting board or knife for prep, spatula, etc... Not even a can opener. $40 in basic kitchenware is needed. The tv in the room couldn't Chromecast or access movies, either. We made several attempts to have the maintenance team repair the problem, suggested a room change to a room with a working tv at the front desk - no results. Also, we were repeatedly told the maintenance team was either "still working on it" or that we would be informed when it was fixed, but had to repeatedly check back with the desk until we were finally told that maintenance had marked the issue as "fixed" hours earlier. It also became clear that this TV issue is a recurring one from the comments of several of the staff we spoke to. While the desk agents (and maintenance staff in our room) were polite, they certainly haven't been effectively trained on service recovery and making sure guests with issues have their issues resolved before they turn into a bad review. I've been a multi-property manager for decades. All my staff know they are empowered to help a guest if they look dissppointed; this training is sadly lacking at this hotel. Very disappointing to experience in a Marriott hotel, which I've identified in the past as a mark of reliability and quality.
