The different pools are amazing everyone was just so friendly the place was clean water was clean. Everything was great.

Pools and activities for the kids. Great room and amenities, perfect location to shops, restaurants and Family Kingdom Amusement Park.

Parking was tight and no easy loading zone. All communications was basically via text. I would like to speak with someone or be able to access the front desk easily. Front desk was not handicap accessible. No clear information or direction on the breakfast area. We just happened to see the Starbucks sign after returning from a local Starbucks down the street.

We did not receive towel service or trash pickup the whole stay, I contacted customer service and nothing resolved so I had to pick up towels myself. 1 small waterslide and in the pictures it looked like there was more than what was actually there.

The lock to the balcony would not lock it was broke. I had to wedge a chair in the slide to keep it from being accessible to my 3yr old.. The bed was terrible you could feel all the springs. The bathroom was so small...

The room had a great ocean view and we enjoyed decorating it for our anniversary. The location was convenient, and the staff was polite when we spoke with them. We also appreciated being close to restaurants, attractions, and the beach.

The ocean view was nice, and we enjoyed decorating our room for our anniversary. The location was convenient and close to restaurants and attractions. However, there were several disappointments during our stay. We were surprised by a $75 refundable fee that was not clearly disclosed when we booked. The balcony was much smaller than expected and did not provide enough space to comfortably sit and enjoy the view. The biggest issue was the noise. There was loud music from the first floor pool that could be heard all the way from our room on the 9th floor. We later learned that other guests had complained about it as well. While staff were polite, we were told there was little that could be done until the local noise ordinance took effect at 11 pm. Unfortunately, this impacted our ability to fully relax and enjoy our anniversary getaway. We will not be visiting again.
