Realmente viajamos por querer pasar rato en la playa pero lo estaban escabando haciendo algo en el mar y estaba llenísimo de mucha arena y no pudimos disfrutar para nada de este ya que se puso horrible no se veía nada de azul en el mar todo era color negro horrible

The staff was great! Our girl that checked on our towels and garbage was so very sweet and attentive, Sanyuri Perez. The check in process was very easy and we were able to leave our luggage in a secure location until we were ready to leave for the airport since our flight was after check-out.

The room didn't match the pictures online at all. It was run down and a little dingy. Also, I did not like that I was constantly asked if I received my "discount packet" every time I came off the elevator.

I love this hotel clean nice staff and kids loved it too. They had a lot for the kids so the kids didn’t want to leave definitely will be going back

Unfortunately, this property did not live up to our expectations. One of our biggest mistakes was choosing this location; after arriving, it became clear that we would have been much happier staying in North Myrtle Beach. The property is marketed as a resort, but in reality it felt much more like an older hotel. The room was dated, and the small balcony was furnished with basic plastic chairs and a tiny table. The beds were advertised as queen-sized, but they were clearly doubles. While the price was on the lower end compared to other options in the area, the overall value was only average. The room was reasonably clean, but anyone expecting a condo-style experience should look elsewhere. This is a hotel, not a resort, despite the branding. On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly and courteous. However, check-in was understaffed, resulting in longer waits than necessary. The noise level throughout our stay was acceptable. The amenities seemed geared almost entirely toward families with younger children, featuring shallow pools and a small water park. Another downside was the persistent smell of marijuana throughout the property during our stay, which was quite unpleasant. The beach experience was also disappointing. Large dredging pipes stretched for hundreds of yards in both directions along the shoreline, and dredging operations appeared to be ongoing just offshore. This significantly detracted from the natural beach atmosphere we were hoping to enjoy. Overall, this is not a property I would choose again. While it may appeal to travelers looking for a budget-friendly hotel geared toward young children, there are many better options available in the area.
