Accommodation Hunter - Adams Street Maitland

The house was clean and well-appointed. The layout was good and the house was roomy, allowing for comfort for a group of people. All the equipment was in good order and worked well.

Nothing significant, really but Wifi was slower than what we were used to but acceptable for a holiday house.

Great location for what we needed. We didn’t need to be in town ( if you want to be closer to the center of town you would need to drive or taxi ) Loved the lock up 2 car garage

Unfortunately a few cleaning spots were missed. ( this is just to bring to the owners attention) Other than that it was great !

Property was beautiful and spacious, in a quiet area of Maitland. Check-in was easy with clear instructions. Would definitely stay again.

Could be cleaner. Limited power points. No surface area in bathroom for products. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes on arrival. Otherwise basic but comfortable

It had a feeling of home.

Only one remote for 2 TV's, not enough toilet paper and kitchen utensils/pots/saucepans needed updating. The freezer wasn't clean, some leftover loose frozen veggies and ice cream was found from previous guests.

Well appointed with two bathrooms which is great for two couples. Good amenities and in good condition!

Air con didn’t appear to work. 4WD vehicle was too big for the garage with another vehicle in there. The window sills in the bathrooms were quite dirty and the exhaust fan in the ensuite needed a clean. Confusing information on the Booking page. It appears to be a house you are booking but it is actually a villa. Having said that we were still very happy with our accommodations.

Everything was there that we needed and was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We found the driveway quite difficult as we have a bigger car

Garage door needs service but this was minor
