Highline Vail - a DoubleTree by Hilton

Engañan al cliente ofreciendo desayuno incluido, cuando lo que ofrecen son unos cuantos productos del Mini Market del Lobby (fatal). La mala limpieza de la habitación; el día de llegada encontramos una media sucia detrás de uno de los sofás y un pelo largo en el inodoro. ☹️. Le falta cordialidad al personal de recepción.

My daughter got sick at 2:30 AM. The night auditor, Jill, was amazing in getting me a new set of bedding! She made three separate trips to the linen room to make sure I had everything I needed. I came to find out that this was only her 5th night working at the hotel! Highline Vail has found a fantastic employee who obviously cares about her guests. Vince Hilton Honors Gold Member

Such a lovely hotel with amazing staff. Specialty the front desk staff, 10/10! So helpful, nice and warm. The shuttlebus with the best drivers you can have and made our trip fulfilled. They were serviceminded and helped us to the right places. We arrived during springbreak and the pools were warm and was nice after days in the slopes. Just visit this place!

Charlie was a great shuttle driver. Very informative, nice and interesting conversations.

Something must be done to improve the Review feedback cards. I have an iPhone 17 pro max the newest phone and I, staff and other guests could not get the card to reliably (99.9% of the time is required for this) launch the feedback form to easily recognize staff by name for exceptional service. Vail is full of entitled pricks that will never be inconvenienced to recognize good people. These staff rely on feedback for recognition and advancement. I’m embarrassed to be supporting Hilton and their poor technology in recognizing exceptional service from the staff. Also, why are cleaning staff not required and supported in English speaking classes? I could not communicate anything to very nice cleaning staff. I demand better treatment of the staff from my Hilton club. Having said that I know you will change at the corporate level with all due haste. Ali and Ryan at the front desk helped me out of jams and were such great people that were not able to be quickly, reliably, and appropriately recognized for going above and beyond. The hotel exceeded expectations in every way other than these bugaboos of mine.

Location and Rooms are very good and clean

I go to Vail for business frequently. Sergio the bartender always gives outstanding service, has a pleasant personality and makes fantastic drinks!
