"Great customer service"

Shoutout to Bree!! She was super helpful and very friendly. Service was quick. Hotel rooms were very clean. The hotel itself was very cozy and fun to hangout in the lobby area. Bree also made us cookies when they were out when we checked in.

The front desk was helpful and professional as expected. The rooms were fair and not dirty. Bathroom did have noted mold in shower caulking. The bathroom was the most basic part of the room but it’s a bathroom so it doesn’t have to be anything fancy. The restaurant attached to the hotel was fine service wasn’t great and food was just ok. When we went to the bar and ordered a few more items of food it was much better flavor. Sergio at the bar was top notch. He made the experience great! He was professional and attentive w/o being over baring like some can be. The interior of the common area is amazing! Plenty of parking and great view. We didn’t use the shuttle but great service if needed.

"Rooms stink, outdated and small."

Rooms incredibly outdated and smell of cigarette smoke. Hotel lobby is nice, but the pictures look nothing like the real deal. Very disappointed in our stay.

"Great shuttle driver!"

Mark D drove us around back and forth and had a lot of fun ski/snowboard stories. Great guy. He was awesome with our young boy. Heated pool and hot tub were awesome
