The hotel looked beautiful. The room was very nice, very clean and comfortable. There was an outdoor center close to the hotel and they advised us on a very nice hike.

We had seen from the photos that they had a spa, swimming pool, hot tub and gym. However, you have to pay separately for that (it wasn't listed on Booking.com) and it closed at 7 p.m. We thought we would have something to eat somewhere after a long hike and then relax in the evening and use these facilities. That was a shame!

Beautiful area and reception was good, rooms were clean and a nice size but we didn’t get the room we had asked for and it was very noisy all night. Sound proofing was poor and heard arguing and laughing and running around until middle of the night.

The property is quite large and in a beautiful area. Everything was clean, attractive, and comfortable. The employees were top notch.

We are an older couple with less than stellar vision, so more signage to direct us to the entrance would have been helpful.
