pésimo lugar todas las noches con la musica super fuerte es imposible dormir jamas recomendaría ese hotel

nada pésimo lugar es limpio si pero creo es lo único bueno

The irony in its name.

First, I booked this beautiful Junior suite with a balcony and I just did not get a beautiful Junior suite with a balcony. In fact, I check into what seems to be a concrete prison; a room half the size of whats shown in the pictures that not only doesnt have a balcony, but simply doesnt have a window at all. So obviously I go to the desk and request the room I booked and paid for, which the receptionnist answers "all the other rooms are booked and theres nothing we can do about it". Of course. I then go and request a refund from Booking for the product I paid for and didnt receive so I can book somewhere else and not spend my vacation sequestered. They answer to my request, 3 days later, way after we had left, with an amazing 20$CAN credit on their site! What a reward! What else. Well, my partner and I couldnt beggin to understand how so much concrete could be so poorly isolated. And it would be just fine if we had elderly neighboors, but no! Beware that the hotel is located right above one of the busiest nightclubs in Playa! And that the kids will be jumping and screaming in the pool at 8AM! This "Spa hotel" was indeed meant to be a relaxing experience :) Then, equipment wise, I guess the shower is fine if you like the pressure of a water drinking fountain. And if youre travelling with a partner, I hope you guys are close because the toilet, the shower and the bed are in the same 90 ft2 room :) Finally, I personnally have had no problem with the cleanliness of the proprety as the cleaning staff would just come into our room whenever at random moments of the day to make sure it would stay clean:) (if you cant read between the lines, meaning you should be careful leaving anything in the room).

Excelente la ubicación. Excelente la atencion de Diana, Emilce y Sofia, unas genias....

La ubicación es perfecta si quieres salir a conocer, justo sobre la 5ta avenida, muchas opciones para comer en la misma calle, puedes llegar caminando a la playa, a la salida del terminal, y al puerto para tomar los tour,

Nothing.

Hotel very noisy. We couldn't sleep before 4:30am. There is a bar-discotheque below the establishment and even with the windows closed it was imposible to sleep.. The jacuzzi was very old and not very attractive. We couldn't use it. The pool was missing of maintenance and dirty with a lot of leafs in the water.... Internet was cutting all the time and with a very poor signal.. We booked 3 nights and where obliged to cancel our reservation for all these reasons. We are still waiting for a reimbursement.....No Comment. This hotel was our worst experience!...

It was very central on Quinta Ave! Perfect If you’re looking for a in between spot to go down either side of the Ave. staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and flexible. Cleaning staff is patient and really does a great job. The little things. Like making the bed decorative or making small roses out of the TP is just a step beyond! Loved it!

The only thing I didn’t like which was a minor thing, was the sinks were a bit leaky. Other than that. Amazing experience.
