If canceled before 1 day prior to arrival, the property will refund the deposit minus a cancellation fee. Full pre-payment is required at time of reservation. We will charge your card immediately upon receiving your reservation. If your credit card is declined, your reservation is not guaranteed by the hotel until you provide a new valid credit card. No exceptions. Changes to the reservation are also not permitted in addition to it being nonrefundable. If checking in later than 21:00, please call the hotel before arrival.
