Staff eccezionale. Dovevo stirare un abito delicato per un matrimonio. Mi hanno procurato il ferro da stiro a vapore e tradotto le istruzioni del manuale d’uso in italiano! La colazione giapponese è eccellente.

La camera standard è esigua, la sconsiglio vivamente. Ci siamo trasferiti in una camera più grande. L’albergo non ha l’eleganza della struttura della stessa catena a Ginza. Non c’è un area bar se uno vuole un caffè.
