"Peaceful and Comfortable Stay"

The Mountain Inn has a beautiful location and is a great place to stay especially for the price. The rooms are spacious and although a bit outdated, they are comfortable. The hotel staff and restaurant staff and extremely nice and welcoming and the food is really great. The internet is really good throughout the hotel rooms and conference center. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

i had a great time however we found it difficult to get to the place as there are no signs on the freeway to give you direction and even after we were off the free way the sign was just not there it was a struggle to get to the hotel and to make things worse it was at night. otherwise the hotel is beautiful i loved everything about it i will not mind visiting again.

"Excellent choice"

Very nice little hotel, with beautiful view on the valley. The evenings are quite cold, so get some jumpers just in case. The restaurant has a very warm atmosphere with a choice of either buffet or a la carte. Simple but good quality food.

"Ok low end hotel, horrible service."

The hotel is OK, considering what's available in Mbabane, but the service was terrible. Better time your hunger and thirst with the limited times the restaurant is open (yes, it will be hard to even get a bottle of water). I am not sure why the reviews for this hotel are so great. The level of service at the front desk is just plain bad, from everyone but one young lady that works there. Most of the folks I dealt with are beyond incompetent. Think of it as a decent place to sleep, and not much else (the Royal Swazi Sun is the only high end option in the area, but get your wallet out).

Very nice hotel, beautifully located with a wonderful view on Ezulwini valley. Friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast.
