"Convenient to town. Magnificent mountain views. "

Friendly supportive staff. Good breakfast, plenty of choice. Poolside rooms TV poor reception. Safety required when shower in bathtub- no handles or bath safety mats. Taps other end of bath to shower, and in our bath, shower head too low. Overall a pleasant stay especially being able to sit out on room patio.

"Nice view over the mountains"

This hotel is well located in the center of Mbabane and has spectacular views over the mountains from the pool deck and the restaurant. The hotel itself, room decor and furnishings are dated, but comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very nice.

"Short but sweet"

Only a very brief visit, but the accommodations were very nice. Buffet breakfast was nice, but due to a large tour group dining at the same time as us,service was a little slow.

"Friendly and Relaxing Environment"

A friendly, relaxing place to stay. It reminded me of an old school hotel / guest house. My only gripes were the price of the wifi where only 30 minutes a day was free. I was there on business and having to pay R150 for 4 hours at a time was expensive and inconvenient. Secondly, when I went to check out at 6:15am I was told I was too early and I should have done it the night before. Then the computer would not print the invoice. All was resolved in the end but it would have been nice to know beforehand.

"Functional Hotel in Swaziland"

The Hotel is situated nicely overlooking the valley. Check-in and service was great and efficient. Hotel ground very nice too. Rooms are large but very plain. Lack any charme / decoration. Cleanliness could be better. Had the dinner buffett which was nice, nothing ordinary. All together an o.k. place to spend a night or 2, nothing spectacular.

"Pleasant stay at Mbabane's Mountain Inn Hotel"

My stay was short but pleasant. I had good service. Wifi connection still a problem that needs attention. on the whole the stay was ok. The a large carte restaurant was fantastic though, it was miles ahead of the quality of food you get in room sefvice
