It was a cute property

It was nice and comfortable location

Had all the facilities required for a family holiday

Booked the property. Went through and extensive online check in process only to be advised that construction work was taking place next door. When I asked for the photo it was clear that the construction has been going for months and yet never mentioned when you book. Completely understand if it was last minute but it wasn’t. They could have advised when they confirmed my booking but waited until after payment and details submitted. Not very ethical.

I like the view, but I can't see the fuji san view, because someone is building a building behind

It was clean and quiet.

Neighbors were watching us out there windows.

If you have own car it is ok the find the restaurant and convenien store.

There are under construction around the house and the worker camp besides my house. The aurrounding view is not the same as in the advertising. There is terrible cigarettes smell in the house!!

The service was one of the best I ever had for such rental residences and for such an interesting cost. The reply from the owner was very fast and the communication smooth. Also, the provision of shuttle bus for check-in and check-out was really helpful. The house is well located, new and clean, and spacious enough for a big family to stay. There are 3 big size beds available and a nice Japanese room. The free rental bicycles is also a great features.

There is nothing that we can say, maybe is the check-in time could be 1 hour earlier (3pm instead of 4pm) or 1 hour later (11am instead of 10am) it would be really perfect. The check out time arrangement for later time is actually already possible, with extra fee of 1000yens per 30min so I think that the best is already performed.
