Breakfast was delicious and varied every day. Lovely support from the staff for all of our requests

The stairs were a bit difficult for us and our big suitcases but that was more our issue than theirs. The Onsen was a lovely addition to our stay

Definitely recommend this spot. I really appreciate the pick-up service as getting around in the snow with luggage can be a hassle. In fact, I would book here again for that reason. Thank you so much for the beautiful jazzy lounge and delicious bacon egg muffin for breakfast and the staff's attentiveness. Happy new year to everyone at Asuka!
