I stayed at the hotel for two days. It is an excellent hotel with great customer service. I would like to thank the manager. I needed to change my room, and when I spoke to him, he was very welcoming. He asked me to sit down and said he would sort it out for me, and he promptly changed my room. Many thanks to the manager for his kindness, understanding, and helpfulness.

Close to Haram less than 10 minutes walking distance. Staff was very good, special thanks to Naief at admin office he was very gental and welcoming.
