Velky a cisty, stylovy pokoj. Bazen, turecke lazne, virivka - super !

Personal 50/50, trochu vice ocniho kontaktu s hosty v restauraci s malym usmevem by neskodilo. Sekuritak pri prijezdu - reditel hadr.

Tolles Personal immer zuvorkommend. Vorallem das Mädchen an der Pool Rezeption verdient besonders Lob für ihr Verständnis und ihre Hilfsbereitschaft! Das Frühstück 10/10

Schrank Tür defekt. Von 2 türkischen Bädern funktioniert eines anscheinend nicht Voll. Keine Möglichkeit sich anzulehnen auf dem Bett wenn man den TV anmacht.

Mittelmäßiges Frühstück. Jeden Tag dieselben Wurstaufschnitte, derselbe Käse, dieselben Säfte, etc. Jeden zweiten Tag Matjes. Keine Eierbecher. Besteck musste oft nachgeordert werden. Sauberkeit am Buffet und im Speisesaal sehr gut

Kommunikation in Deutsch war an der Rezeption und in der Bar schlicht kaum möglich, trotz überwiegend deutscher Gäste. Daher wurden einem viele Dinge nicht kommuniziert, Z.b. dass es einen Aufzug ins Stadtzentrum gab und stark verkürzte Wege zu dem anderen Wohnhaus. Sehr schlecht für Gäste welche gehbehindert sind. Englisch als Ersatz für Deutsch sprach niemand.

Large room with balcony, soundproofed and clean. Breakfast is great, there's literally everything someone might want from eggs to sausage to pastry to fruit, coffee from automatic machine. The hotel is actually a series of 4-5 buildings connected underground by tunnels, it's an impressive system of tunnels that bring you to the swimming pool, gym, breakfast, restaurant, bar, etc. There's also a bowling but I didn't try. I don't know what somebody would want more.

Few things, location is maybe not super ideal, seem very central but it's quite an hill climb to reach it. I would improve the coffee, the mattresses and communication at check-in, we had to figure out how every place works, where is what and how to arrive there. But overall it was great.
