Sehr sauber und zentral…super Lage

Die Matratzen waren etwas unbequem

Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt, der Teppich grenzwertig- übersät mit dunklen Flecken, keine Steckdosen in Reichweite, eine unbestückte Minibar und leider nur 1 Sessel für 2 Personen.

Tolles Zimmer mit antikem Touch. Wir hatten Frühstück ,bei dem nichts gefehlt hat, super lecker, im Hintergrund lief schöne Musik. Die Räumlichkeiten einladend, Tische mit weißen Tischdecken und der Personal sehr freundlich. Klare weiter Empfehlung .

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel’s location is also fantastic. It’s a bit up in the hills, but right next to downtown. The grounds are well-maintained. The pool and hot tub were also great places to relax.

They couldn't provide parking. For the first time ever, I had to park my car a 25-minute walk from the hotel. The grounds are very crowded with cars, which sometimes makes it difficult to walk between them. The mattress was very, very bad—it was sagging in several places, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on.

The room was spacious and clean (also the cleaning lady is very friendly and nice). Location is quiet and close to the center. Beautiful area at the territory of the hotel and pretty views from the windows. An OK SPA, worth the money. Lovely and helpful receptionist at SPA. Good breakfast, plenty of options to select from.

The access card often did not work on the main door to the villa - we had to try multiple times until it would open the door (no it was not close to a phone). One of the receptionists didn’t speak Czech, she spoke only Russian and German. I’ve read that Czech does not come first in Karlovy Vary overall, I hope you understand how ridiculous this is.
