Fujisan-Kingyo

有點偏，但是離熱鬧的地方也不遠，外觀整體風格非常復古，不過內部卻是很漂亮，自駕很方便，有自己的一塊地可以停2台7人座沒有問題，房間都很大，客廳也很大，房子處處都有可愛的金魚巧思裝置，浴室的浴缸也有，而且很可愛，廁所有2間，房間其中有一間是2張單人洋房，其他都是榻榻米，房子後面有腳踏車可以騎，很喜歡的一間民宿，早上時候停車場那邊的巷弄可以看到整個富士山，因為巷弄小小的，所以更凸顯了富士山的巨大

晚上外面超暗的，有多一兩個感應燈會好一些。

整體氛圍很棒，內部擺設有巧思，復古又可愛，而且打掃的非常乾淨，廚房餐具鍋具很齊全，走出門外就能看到富士山

Everything matched the prior good reviews upon check-in: great booking and pre-check in communication, rural environment, the Ryokan style of house and room set up, cute Goldfish bathtub, thoughtful slippers for winter flooring, and the paper sliding doors so authentic just like old Japanese movie...

...until the electricity tripped 20mins after check-in, and another tripped again 30mins after the first. We checked-in at night. The black out freaked our young kids out; as the whole area was quite and pitch dark. After contacting the staff, then we were told that the electricity not able to support all 3 rooms to switch on air conditional (WHAT? this is winter and 1 degree celcius at night!) and lights at the same time. Kettles and kitchen appliances must be used with electricity shortage in consideration. They even suggest us to manually operate the switch box if that happen middle of the night and not offering any other solution. We booked for 2 nights. The host /customer service did not allow us for cancellation, refund, or offer any other solutions at all, even due to their problem - undisclosed electricity shortage issues that might happen during cold weather. They simply expected us to just live with it. This was totally irresponsible. In short, guests paid a high price to be punished for the property management company's fault by renting out sub-standard property in autumn/winter, which they did not disclosed/alerted us at from all communications from booking till check in. Eventually we have to "ration" the electricity use to below 50%. We had to forgo the 2 rooms upstairs and cramped everyone into "living room" downstair due to electricity problems. I would suggest the property to truthfully stated their short fall and electricity issues, and the property are suitable for 4 pax during cold weather; not giving shock to guest upon check in and spoilt our holiday and paying such expensive property price for disappointments, dismay and frights. Never expect to have such experience in Japan after intensive travelling for 2 decades.

Well management and soon respond. Nice environment , good location, make us like home.

The room space is big. The facilities are comfortable.

The location is in the old area and very outside the city, if you do not rent a car, the location will be a big problem.

The most comfortable family friendly stay we've had in Japan. Love all the different shoji, tiles and and noren. Beds were comfy. The Ogino supermarket down the road is excellent providing everything we wanted for a much needed home cooked meal. If we could have stayed longer we would have.

This is the first place we've stayed that didn't have some basics like tea, coffee, salt, pepper and soy sauce. It's not a huge issue, but it's a nice thing for travellers who can't carry these things.
