Clean and comfortable

Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience. Our room faced several very bright street lights, so the room was extremely bright at night unless we closed the curtains. However, when the curtains were closed, the air from the AC vent blew them upward and blocked the airflow, which caused the room to become hot and uncomfortable. On top of that, the hallways were very noisy with other guests late into the night, and staff did not address the noise. Between the bright lights, the temperature issues in the room, and the constant noise, we were unable to sleep. I ended up leaving around 3 a.m. and driving four hours home just so I could get some peace and rest.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! They went the extra mile for me and my family and it is greatly appreciated. It's hard to find great customer service, but Laura and the front desk really gave us A1 service❤️ the beds were comfortable and the salt water pool was great. We will definitely return to Baymont Lagrange.

My room 114 had very poor water pressure in the shower.
