Quiet, relaxing and very nice staff. Had a great time. Plenty of water attractions which enabled privacy. 24 hour access to the entire resort. Continental breakfast as well! Close to Palm Springs. Will come back for sure.

There are no children and you have to be quiet. Having kids is rude.

Staff is amazing, kind and always helpful! Every year we go, we stay longer and longer because it is so relaxing and they don't allow us to lift a finger. Monica and Mel in the office are phenomenal! Vero with housekeeping always keeps us stocked with anything we need. Thank you to all staff.

This is not your average hotel. It’s a place to disconnect and unwind. If you don’t like a quiet environment and a tranquil atmosphere, this place might not be for you. We came to get away and had an amazing experience. The massage was exactly what we needed along with the mineral pools and sauna. The grounds were very well kept and the room right outside the pool was great! 24 hour access to the pools let us have a late night dinner and then came back to relax. We had a small poor experience from other guests that wasn’t the locations fault but they definitely made it right for us and went above and beyond to make our stay better. Will definitely come again.

This was my second time staying and I think it will be the third time.

The place is clean and quiet

Wow!!! i can’t get over my stay! i was hesitant to book during the summer/late july but i was pleasantly surprised! the weather was perfect. the cool breeze in the morning and evening was amazing. I was able to cool off in the large mineral water pool. my room was so comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. I got an amazing massage and the following day, a refreshing facial. i’m already looking forward to coming back and taking advantage of their august specials.

There was a section garden with a very great pool, the hot water pools were indoor and hungry amazing. There were many lady workers in a tropical garden and a corner from heaven. The room was large and spacious. 😊
