Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich, die Lage fantastisch und das Zimmer top! Das gesamte Personal (Rezeption und Frühstück) war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Flasche Prosecco und der Gutschein für das 5*-SPA wussten wir besonders zu schätzen. Insgesamt waren es 4 wunderbare Tage.

Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage waren etwas eng.

Hôtel magnifique dans un véritable jardin botanique au bord du lac de Lugano, emplacement idéal pour découvrir la région sans les inconvénients du sur-tourisme, personnel adorable et dévoué version VIP, chambres spacieuses, calmes et propres avec vue sur le lac, restauration au top. Salle de sport bien équipée. Enfin, cerise sur le gâteau : la possibilité d’accéder au SPA de luxe AREA en option, que du bonheur !

Attention au frais de stationnement incontournables à prévoir au budget
