My hotel experience had problems due to some disturbances in my room but this was dealt with in an excellent way by the front desk manager. Most of us do not expect perfection in our hotel experiences and always kindness and understanding go a long way to resolving problems. So thank you to the staff, and particularly this one staff member, for making our hotel experience such a positive one. I should mention also that the valet staff were lovely - super helpful, quick and friendly.

Arrived after long drive, checked into my room it was filthy…. Went back down to the desk, was told they’re upgrading me into a balcony suit, which was what I originally reserved. It was an insult to my intelligence. No apologies, said that a manager will call me in the morning. It’s now 24hrs later. Still no phone call. I took pictures of the dirty room they initially gave me. So not happy, what I paid for one night. Definitely not worth it.

The unprofessionalism, and disregard from the front desk. And not having any management or supervisor around at about 10pm on 11/30 that I can speak too

Room was ok. However, the toilet paper dispenser was broken. Also, there were no large towels, had my wife or I had wished to take a shower. Only hand towels were provided. Service desk and valet parking service were excellent.

That anyone could come in and out at any point in time
