I liked the location across from the beach. I liked the pizza restaurant and the pool was nice. The front desk people were so nice and accommodating.

The patio door was stuck and had to really push to open it. The patio needed to remove the black mold and painted. The parking deck was horrible with the huge pillars and almost impossible to maneuver without scraping your car. The hot tub was not open.

I love how close it is to the ocean, boardwalk, etc. We usually choose this location every time we come to Va beach, this time it was lacking.

The elevators are extremely slow and definitely delay you, the hot tub was boarded up but it does NOT mention that on the site. We loved the hot tub before! We also killed a roach in our room, which was alarming.

Room had hair in the shower, stains on the sheets, floor had lingering hair. Shower didn’t get hot in the mornings, WiFi wasn’t working at night
