Location and access to walk out to beach

Old furniture, need to remodel, bathroom, floors, dressers,bed, curtains were molded. I felt like I was staying in the bates motel๐Ÿ˜ซ

"The stay was overall wonderful my wife and two sons and I enjoyed everything we could"

Staff was exceptional everyone was polite room was clean and more then my wife and I expected had an excellent time

First level of the Parking garage smelt like piss most of our stay
