We would not return to this hotel, and I would not recommend it unless you don't care about the condition of your room or comfort of your bed. We did not choose this resort - we were told to stay here as part of an event - and I explored moving hotels (but ultimately was not able to) because the room was so unappealing and uncomfortable. Comfort: rooms are small and would feel extremely cramped with more than 2 people. The bed was uncomfortable, in part because there was an EXTREMELY noticeable dip in the mattress. Pillows were flat. Bathroom has virtually no counter space. Condition of room: other reviews have adequately addressed how it is very dated, but more than that maintenance and deep cleaning have been obviously deferred. Grout in bathroom, for example, was black with what appeared to be a combination of dirt and mold. I did not feel comfortable walking around without shoes - and certainly not in bare feet. I did not really want to use the shower because...ew. The place just felt and looked grimy. (I will note that the interior of the refrigerator was spotless, which was a pleasant surprise.) Pros: oceanfront rooms, you can enter the garage from the same floor your room is on if you are on a lower level, and there is a kitchenette if you want to prepare your own simple meals.
