Close to club, beach and tram. Great location

Pool was under renovation and we didn’t know prior to arrival. Only 1 small aircon unit so it was warm and stuffy. A little dated for price point

The staff moved us to another hotel because I wanted to cancel my booking after seeing the poor condition of the facilities and room.

I was not informed that the outdoor pool was being renovated and this is not mentioned on the booking.com listing. The room was very badly in need of refurbishing and had a sickening smell.

The bed was completely unsatisfactory. It had no support and it was lumpy. I got a sore back. It was so unfair to have had such a poor unfit for use mattress. If there was a way of getting my money back I would do it.

Location was great. Pool was awesome. We were only ones down there. Hate to see when it busy though as I door pool and spa are quite small. The lounge rooms were spacious pity couch recliner/bed didn’t work no cord to plug in and use and bathrooms great especially the bathtubs kids loved it. The amount of items in kitchen for cooking was amazing too. The staff were amazing (I think her name was lily who was at the counter, she was so happy and made everything work, she is such a asset to their company) and so accommodating with our needs etc. every room had extra blankets which was great for snuggling up on the balcony. Loved the big dining table in the apartment my mum was in. View was great got to see the whales going through and even the famous dero apartment hahah. But the street was so much entertainment of late afternoon. Loved how every window had a curtain so we were able to block sun out when needed. Loved how the rooms had a remote for fan and light, but does take a while to get used to if you switch main light switch off the fan goes off but once we got hang of it was best thing since sliced bread, lay in bed and it all at touch of your hands. Curtains in bedrooms were such good block outs. Loved having a washer and dryer especially that we going to beach etc so could clean it all. Loved the bottles of body wash shampoo and conditioner and lotion smelt amazing too, could do with extra toilet paper though. Level mum was on had only roll on the holder and ensuite had 1 half roll on holder and 1 in cupboard. But overall was awesome stay will be back when we save up again.

The step to balcony!!! The amount of times kids tripped on it and even my mum who was in moon boot, thought our trip was going to be a hospital one. The garbage shoot was that small you’d think you went to the Australia post letter box, and having two young ones made it very difficult to take stuff to a bin downstairs I believe it was. The parking was a shame, You have to drive a car smaller than a Shelton pony to fit in their carpark, But they were so great and accomodating and let me park at the front near office so I was under surveillance and still Close. No aircon in rooms which was bit annoying made kids lunch sleep bit hard as it was hot in rooms, but luckily had fans. Pity we were on different floors as there was 8 adults and 2 under 2, and only two rooms in each apartment, But staff were amazing and gave us unifobs so we could get to and from eachother. Was pretty clean few things were missed like under beds was water bottles etc and floor of cupboard was dirty but otherwise everything else was so clean, even smelt clean. Is a little costly as it 2 bedrooms and only 5 guest (including kids) allowed in each apartment so we needed 2 apartments.

The view, proximity to Surf Club - right across the road. Spacious room with updated bathrooms and kitchen.

Elevator was slow. Some additional start ups provided such as coffee and tea.

More cleaning stuff. No spray to wipe bench. No mop to mop floor. Couch a bit tired.
