The property does not accept guests under the age of 21. No parties and no unpaid guests at any time. Quiet hours start at 22:00 including the balcony. Zero-tolerance noise policy: if management or security is required to visit you due to noise complaints or anti-social behavior, call out fees will apply. A second incidence will result in eviction without a refund. Room access: Guests agree to grant staff, security, and emergency personnel immediate access inside the room in the event of safety concerns, noise complaints, repairs &amp, maintenance, suspected illegal drug use, or disruptive behavior. No smoking. Fumigation fee will apply if smoke is detected inside the apartment. All rubbish must be removed and cookware washed before departure. A fee will apply if the apartment requires excess cleaning. There is a 1.8% charge when you pay by credit card. The property's office hours are: - Monday–Friday: 09:00 to 16:00 - Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 to 15:00 - Public holidays: Closed after-hours Decor varies by room. The apartment floor level will be selected by the property based on availability. Please note that construction work is taking place nearby and some rooms may be affected by noise.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
