Standard of cleaning in apartment was very low. Dishwasher was meant to be fixed on 1st day after a week still not fixed. Was unable to give us pool towels and bath towels as we were there was none, told to use hand towels??? Dirty walls, smelly cutlery. The only good thing about the Mantra was location.

We always enjoy staying here however the room we had this time had a rusty fridge and various fixtures looking old and worn even this it was advertised as a deluxe appt. Also bottom rooms do not have enclosed patio area so not ideal for small children
