Good location.

Friendly staff in a central location

Disappointed that our room and bathroom had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom had not been restocked with ammenities and the sofa bed had not been made up and had dirty sheets on it. I expect a much better standard from the Mantra.

Supply everything you should need as a family beyond a hotel room & great location!

Great for families

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean and the pool and facilities were great however there were a few hiccups. After booking well in advance we were told the day before our check in that we would have to move rooms halfway through our stay due to a room allocation error. We were told by the assistant manager who was lovely and very apologetic at the time that they would reimburse us for one nights stay for the inconvenience however this was never followed through. Not one person mentioned it during our stay and after trying to contact the hotel after our checkout we have since heard nothing. On the day of the room move we were made to feel as if we were the ones who had caused the issue and on top of that, were walked in on by three seperate housekeepers who had not been told of the situation. One of which woke up our sleeping baby. We were initially happy to move but after a few incidents of poor communication it ended up leaving us frustrated and unfortunately means we won’t be staying again.

Wish we had known how high it was to step into the bath/shower as one of us had a knee injury

Really old apartment with unfortunately a very musty damp smell.

Rooms need renovating and construction and truck noise was unfortunate during our stay. Staff friendly and kind. Good position

Property very tired. Air conditioning didn’t work. Got moved to a different room next day, bad position of room due to renovations. Overall a bad experience
