Big comfy bed! Super clean room. The hot tub and bar area was lovely

There was nil communication when asked questions for over 1 week before arriving. When we arrived, they thought we we there for 1 night, not 2. Not very organised. Cold room with little mobile heater . It is overpriced for a town like Ranfurly which has nothing to offer. Pup is not recommended by locations as foof terrible. Cafe called E Central Cafe. service poor and food half frozen. 😢. Eggs Benedict had salmon out of a packet that was still frozen in the middle with eggs on top. Low class and Ranfurly is a town to drive past and not stop.

Nice halfway stop between Queenstown and Dunedin

There was everything we required with a very comfortable warm bed. We enjoyed the quietness

Toaster should be emptied and wiped down after use, but otherwise everything ok, would return.
