Location, spaciius parking, setting, well appointed room

Although we expected a non refurbished room, it was pretty run down a a lick of paint and a cleaner carpet would do wonders

I originally was staying at the ibis styles , I regret not staying at Mandala from the beginning. Great little hotel , well priced. Extremely clean rooms and awesome beds and linen , had the best sleep. I was in row 4 so away from the highway where it was quiet. The staff were fantastic even though I was a walk in booking. They offer a really nice room service menu also delivered to your door via golf buggy. The only thing I would recommend adding to the room is a usb charging point, and better block out blinds as the walkway lights remain on all night and shine through. I will definitely be staying here again for my next visit .

Not much, the bed was comfortable that’s about it

Shower was disgusting (although it did have good water pressure) Cobwebs & spiders everywhere Poorly maintained (a poster or picture is not enough to modernise the room) No warm welcome touches for guests Breakfast was awful (especially the black scrambled eggs) Toilet was like being back in Thailand
