The room is very clean

We stayed couple of nights and booked the highest category rooms which comes with also a washer dryer, But after paying almost 400 euros per night much was left wanting 1. There is a kitchenette but there are no saucers , cups , spoons utensils 2. Inspire of reminding twice , they forgot to refill the toiletries . The night we checked in it was empty already. So basically bad house keeping . So even after reminding the front desk in the morning , seems no one cares Will give it a pass next time when we are in Zurich

La comodidad del departamento, todo impecable. Cama muy cómoda, baño perfecto también. El desayuno es en cada departamento, hay que acordar el horario de cada dia y cuales son tus preferencias.

Quizá mas elementos en la cocina por si se desea comer ahí, No había cubiertos disponibles ni platos, solo tazas para el cafe de capsulas.

Stunning apartments overlooking the river. Clean, comfortable, convenient.

One of the staff members was very rude. No hot water one morning. This hotel does not have AC despite what it says. You have to pay extra to use the stove which is not clear on the booking sites.
