EMA House was the perfect place for us whilst staying in Zurich... Clean ,quiet,..The service was Fab plus it was right across from the tramline..Its an easy walk into the old town . We couldn't fault this hidden gem ..

Beautiful suites! So comfortable, modern, tastefully decorated and clean ! We had a wonderful 3 day stay. Excellent, warm, super attentive service, always with a smile . Great breakfast every morning in our room. Conveniently located in a beautiful, quiet area, an easy walk to the city centre. Definitively recommend !

O pequeno-almoço é servido no quarto e esteve muito bom. O quarto é espaçoso e tudo muito limpo e moderno. Banheiro excelente. As instalações são novas e o acabamento de excelente qualidade. Não é muito próximo do Centro, mas dá para ir andando ou tomar o tram que para na porta e leva ao centro da cidade, num percurso de 5 minutos.

A região é completamente vazia à noite, não tem nada interessante por perto — é preciso andar uns 10 minutos ou tomar o tram para chegar à região central, onde há bares e restaurantes.

The staff (the people are really nice), the comfort, the quietness, the spaciousness of the room (depends on the room, of course) and the relative privacy (good sound isolation, etc.).

The breakfast option is not bad, but overall rather weird. Very limited amount of choices + rather average quality, has to be decided in advance, brought by the room service (which is, in turn, nice), so it's hard to appreciate it, especially during rather short stay. The location of the hotel - and I'd like to stress, that the hotel itself & the staff has, obviously, absolutely nothing to do with it - is a pure dump. Zurich as a town is already massively overrated, but this particular corner is worse than Paris and New York at night combined. Extreme proximity to (former) Platzspitz - for those, who know. Drug dealers, clouds of marijuana + LOTS of undesirable characters around.
