With a lot of luggage without an elevator we struggled to get to our room

This place is the best would recommend it for anyone

There was great coffee but only bananas for breakfast. The location was fantastic. The decor was fabulous, room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was VERY responsive. The room was extremely quiet even with the guests right next door.

The only thing that could have been better was an elevator for schlepping luggage up 4 floors. They did say we could ask the staff for help though. But you had to arrange for that.

This was a great place to stay while attending a conference at the convention center. Close enough to walk there quickly, but far enough removed that you could relax at the end of the day. I made use of the rooftop hot tub twice during the stay -- it was just too appealing, even when it was snowing in January! There was no breakfast due to Covid, but they left bananas and cookies, which was nice. There was also no elevator, so be aware that you're going to have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs! The Loxe app has a lot of bugs (see the app reviews), but the owners communicated well and we we were able to resolve all the issues before my arrival. Had no issues with the app after that. Bed was comfy, shower had great pressure, overall very comfy. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Boston.

Classy accomodations, relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyed the hot-tub on the roof.

No elevator, was in town for the Marathon and it was tough getting up the steps after the race. This was expected though. Also hot water ran out on one of the cold days.
